Kai's new shades

The other day we made a Walmart trip and Lily saw these sunglasses and insisted that we get them. I decided she looked way too cute to pass them up. Here she is strutting around the house.

If you ever want to see the grown up version of our beautiful boy Daniel just look to my gorgeous brother Moey. Gosh, it's like I've traveled back in time sometimes. They look so much a like..it's crazy!!! I've always felt so lucky to have such a stud as a younger brother and now I get to re-live that excitement with our baby. Not too long ago my brother dug up this little tuxedo sleeper that he used to wear when he was a baby out of storage. The gnarly thing is I soooo remember holding Moey while he was wearing this! He has now past this cute tuxedo on to our Danny. Behold, Moey's doppelganger...Daniel! What a cutie! I only wish I could find a picture of Moey in it. I also have to take this opportunity to talk about how sweet of a baby we have. He is absolutly, without a doubt the sweetest, smiliest baby I have ever encountered in my life. And I have held and met a lot of babies in my day. I'm such a blessed mama to see his sweet smiles everyday!

Danny Boy is 3 months old!!

Danny Bear is now 3 months old!! Wow that went by way too fast!! These are pictures taken within the last couple weeks so he isn't exactly 3 months old in these pics but who cares?? They're cuter than heck and that's all that matters.

And back to sweet baby Lily. It's quite a job to stay on top of Lilybug's emotions but we sure love it and wouldn't have it any other way.

Buds

Bubba sure loves his sister. But I think he realized how cool it is to have a little brother. Bubba has been hesitant to hold Danny...until now. I was sitting on the couch holding Dannybear when Bubba leaned over and whispered "Mama, can I hold Baby Daniel". My eyes welled up immediatley. What a sweet big brother he is! He just loves his siblings so much. And he loves to take care of them. And discipline them! Sometimes its helpful and sometimes...not. He can get a little carried away with a little taste of power:) I do appreciate every little thing my little Bubba does.

1st smile

This certainly is not Daniel's very first smile. But it's the first smile we could capture in a picture. It may be because he is my son but I think he's got one of the most beautiful smiles I have ever seen.
