We've had quite a busy couple weeks so we'll do our best to catch up. With all the sadness of this week I felt like Bubba and I needed a little get away. So the boys and I went to Ventura to visit Josh and Jess and of course to get close to the ocean. Friday we went to the Marina where they have a park, ship and a zip line. And there was hardly anyone there so it was even nicer. Bubba got his feet in the water a couple times but we kept him out after that because the water was freezing and he had a little cold. As for me I have a rule that when I get to go to the beach I have to at least jump in the ocean for a little swim no matter how cold it is. Its not every day I get to swim in the ocean and I love it too much not to do it. So I let my feet test it out for about ten minutes and my feet were still not used to it. I eventually got too restless and just dived in. My brother saw me do it from the beach and yelled that I was crazy but since I did it he had to do it. Thats why I love Asa! He always knows how to have fun. Our bodies were starting to numb so we got out but its always worth it. One of the pics is right after we got out of the water..we look cool but we're really saying burrrrrrrrrrrrrr. The zip line was a blast but a little slow at first so that explains the funny look on my face. Bubba reminds me more and more of his Uncle Moey.
